Product Information and Displays:
Our lights are made in the U.S.A. The lights are hand crafted from a slip cast mold system with hand cut designs and multi-color finishes. The lights are a green and sustainable textured ceramic product and finished with high quality waterbased exterior grade paints and acrylics paints. We recycle ur packaging and boxes when safe and able. Center designs are backed with a mylar lens.
Upon receipt of your order we will notify you with an assigned numbered invoice confirmation within 72 hours. If you do not receive this confirmation, please call us at (505) 453-0630 or toll free (866) 453-0630. With this confirmation we will also give an estimated ship date. Your fixtures will be made to order, handcrafted to your specifications and will generally ship within ten to fifteen business days.
All orders shipped F.O.B. from Albuquerque, NM using UPS ground or common carrier unless prior arrangements have been requested. We will require your account numbers for any third party shipments. Pick-up is available for local accounts. Please note on the order if you play to pick up and we will notify when shipment is ready. We multi-box product whenever possible.
Shipping is $20.00 for the first light, $15.00 for every light after. Drop shop is through a major shipping company and fully insured. If your customers prefer to receive their order directly, then we can drop ship the order to your customers. Additional shipping charges may apply. 16″, 17″ wall sconces and all ceiling lights are $30.00 for the first one and $18.00 for each after.
Returns and Replacements:
CDS Lighting takes great care to insure the safe arrival of your order, shipping damage may occur, we suggest that you inspect your order, if damage has occurred please save all packaging materials for possible inspection by carrier. Please notify CDS Lighting within 5 days upon receipt of goods. We will file a claim with the shipper, arrange for the return if necessary, and ship replacements or issue a credit at our discretion. Do not automatically deduct damaged pieces from the invoice total without prior authorization from CDS Lighting. There will be a 25% restocking fee + shipping fee for returned merchandise. Previously installed and used for display product is not considered returnable.
All opening orders will be on a prepay or credit card basis unless otherwise approved by the administration. Credit card will be charged at time of shipment. Visa and MasterCard are accepted. Terms of Net 30 days will be granted on the second order pending credit approval. Our terms of Net 30 from date of invoice are strictly enforced. Finance Charges of 5% will be added to all accounts over 30 days. If an account becomes delinquent, no further shipments will be made until account is current. We reserve the right to change our terms of payment from net 30 to prepayment or credit card, or not to ship accounts that have become delinquent.
Our lights are fully UL approved for wet and damp locations and listed in the United States and Canada. They are guaranteed for one year against defects in materials and workmanship. An installation instruction guide is provided in both English and Spanish along with a mounting kit.
